Below you'll find some tips for sending PDFs via eFax that may not send due to embedded fonts.

For Mac Computers

1. Locate the PDF file to be eFaxed.
2. Click open with... and select Preview.
3. From the File menu, select Export to see the pop-up below.

   

4. From the Format drop-down menu, select PDF.
5. From the Quartz Filter drop-down menu to select Create Generic PDFX-3 Document.
6. Click Save.

The newly created file should now send without errors.

For Windows Computers

1. Open the PDF file to be eFaxed.
2. Choose File > Print.
3. From the print screen, choose the option to print as image.

The newly created file should now send without errors.
