Quality notifications in Fuze Desktop and Fuze Mobile are meant to alert you to issues on your network that may impact meeting or call quality.
These notifications are presented as a yellow or red triangle at the top of the application when in a meeting or on a call.
- A yellow triangle is intended as a warning that meeting and call quality may be impacted by weak network conditions.
- A red triangle indicates a high risk to meeting or call quality due to poor network conditions.
To reduce occurrences of these notifications, Fuze suggests using a wired connection when possible.
If you are using Fuze Desktop, you can run Fuze Checkup before joining a meeting or call to check your account, audio, and network quality directly in the application.
