If your organization uses Fuze Rooms, you can now easily launch a meeting in any room that isn't presently in use.
If you want to launch an upcoming meeting in a room, simply follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the More options menu in your Meetings list.
- Tap Launch in Room to access a list of rooms from which to launch a meeting.
- Tap the drop-down menu to view a list of available rooms.
- Select a room.
- Tap Select.
- Tap Launch.
If you're already in a meeting, you can also open the Meetings menu. Then, tap Launch in Room to select a room from which to launch a meeting.
