This article is for External Attendees (meeting attendees who do not have Fuze Guest accounts).
To download and install Fuze Desktop so that you can join a meeting as an external attendee:
- Start by downloading the latest version by clicking Download Fuze.

Once the download is complete, open the Finder menu and select Downloads. The downloads folder opens.

Locate and double-click the file named Fuze.dmg.
- The installation process runs.

Once the Fuze installer is complete, a Fuze pop-up dialog appears. Click and drag the Fuze to your Applications folder.
- Navigate to your Applications folder to and open Fuze.

When the installation is complete, Fuze Desktop opens and you are brought to the Sign In screen.
In the Fuze login screen, enter your name (this helps the host recognize you so that they can accept you into the meeting), and click Join Meeting. -
An Audio and Video Preview Screen appears in which you can select your audio and video options.

Click Join Meeting to enter the meeting.
