This article is for External Attendees (meeting attendees who do not have Fuze Guest accounts).
Installing Fuze Desktop is a simple process that involves downloading Fuze, then completing a brief installation process.
Firstly, you can dial in now if you're in a hurry and you need to join the meeting immediately.
If you have Google Chrome and an internet connection, we recommend joining via Fuze Web for the quickest and easiest option.
To download and install Fuze Desktop so that you can join a meeting as an external attendee:
- Start by downloading the latest version by clicking Download Fuze.
Once the download is complete, double-click the file at the bottom of your browser, or open the download menu that appears and click Open.
The installation process runs.
When the installation is complete, Fuze Desktop opens and you are brought to the Sign In screen.
In the Fuze login screen, enter your name (this helps the host recognize you so that they can accept you into the meeting), and click Join Meeting.
An Audio and Video Preview Screen appears in which you can select your audio and video options.
Click Join Meeting to enter the meeting.
