If you’re on a call with another Fuze user at your organization, you can seamlessly turn video on or off any time during the call. This allows you to enhance your conversation without needing to switch to a meeting.
Video even works with your device's front and back camera, and actively switches to portrait or landscape depending on your phone's orientation.
Additionally, if you turn on video during a call you can also view screen share for any Fuze Desktop or Web user who is sharing their screen.
To turn on video during a call, simply tap the Video button that appears at the bottom of the call screen.
While video is turned on you can access any of our standard call controls, including:
- Hold - holds both the call and disables video while on hold
- Add someone to your call
- Transfer call
- Change device
