Entries for all calls you make, receive, or miss in Fuze are automatically saved in your call history so that you can view details about the call, search, and call, meet, or chat with the person at any time.
Call records are automatically cleared from your call history after 90 days.
If you make and receive calls to a large number of unknown numbers (e.g., numbers outside of your organization), you can configure Fuze to automatically Clear Unknown Calls from your history at even more frequent intervals via the via the Call Settings screen.

The Calls tab of the Search screen
To access the Calls tab on the Search screen:
- Click in the Search field in the Fuze toolbar, or open the Call menu on the Fuze toolbar and click Call History. The Search screen appears.
- Click Calls. The call history tab is displayed.
In the Call History tab, you can search for past calls by name, phone number, or extension. Missed calls are displayed in red font.
You can also use the Filter By menu to show All Calls or only Missed Calls.
If you hover your mouse cursor over a previous call, the following options are available, depending on the type of contact:
Call the person.
Start a meeting and invite the person.
Start a chat conversation, or navigate to your chat conversation with the person.
