Installing Fuze

Installing Fuze is simple whether you use a Mac or Windows computer, or a mobile device with iOS or Android.

Fuze Desktop for Windows

If you cannot install applications on your computer (e.g., you do not have administrator privileges), contact your IT administrator before you install Fuze Desktop.

Installing Fuze Desktop for Windows

  1. Download the latest version of Fuze Desktop.

  2. When the download is complete, click the download file at the bottom of your browser and click Open.

    The Fuze download and installation process runs.

    When the installation is complete, Fuze Desktop launches, and the Sign In screen is displayed.

Fuze Desktop for macOS

If you cannot install applications on your computer (e.g., you do not have administrator privileges), contact your IT administrator before you install Fuze Desktop.

Installing Fuze Desktop for macOS

  1. Install the latest version of Fuze Desktop.

  2. When the download is complete, open Finder and select Downloads.

    The downloads folder opens.

  3. Double-click the Fuze Launcher.zip file to unzip it. 

  4.  Double-click the Fuze file.

    The Fuze installation process runs and Fuze will launch automatically.

If a message dialog is displayed that says, "Fuze is an application that was downloaded from the internet, are you sure you want to open it?", click Open.

When Fuze opens for the first time, the Sign In screen is displayed.

Fuze Web

Fuze Web requires no installation. All you need is a computer that is connected to the internet and has the latest version of the Google Chrome™ or Microsoft Edge™ browser.

Open Chrome or Edge and navigate to https://web.fuze.com/. Then, sign in with your Username and Password.

Fuze Mobile
