If you want to send files or other content from your computer, Fuze Cloud, Dropbox, Box or to other attendees when you’re in a meeting, you can do so right from within the meeting.
Sharing content in a meeting
Start by clicking Share. The Share menu appears.
From the Share menu, you can share files in the following ways:
- Drag-and-drop files
- Upload files from the Add Files drop-down list
Drag & drop files
Drag and drop file(s) from your computer to the Drag & Drop area. Files you drag and drop into this area are shared immediately.
Share files from external locations
Open the Add Files drop-down menu to select from a list of sharing locations, including: Fuze Cloud, Dropbox, Box, and your computer.
If you select a cloud account that have not previously logged into from Fuze, a login screen appears.
Select the file(s) you want to share on your cloud drive or computer, and click Open (computer), or Add to Meeting (cloud), respectively.
Note: You can also click Add Files to add a file from the location you last used to share a file or content in this meeting (e.g., if you last used Dropbox, clicking this button automatically opens Dropbox).
The content you added is available to all presenters and hosts via the Share menu.
When a presenter or host clicks the file in the Share menu, the file opens within the meeting so that all attendees can view the file.
Tip: Presenters and hosts can also use whiteboard features to collaborate on shared file that are opened in meetings.
After the meeting ends, the presenter or host who shared the file during the meeting can download the file from the Search screen (Meetings tab > Content tab).
