This article provides troubleshooting tips for audio driver issues when using Fuze Desktop and other Fuze apps.

You may need to reinstall or update the driver for your audio device.
You may encounter this issue when setting up Fuze for the first time or when you receive a call or join a meeting in Fuze and you cannot hear audio.
If Fuze is configured to use your computer's built-in audio and microphone, Fuze can detect when audio is not being received from your computer's Realtek audio driver.
One or more of the following issues may occur under these circumstances:
- You may not be able to hear audio on calls, or other people on calls may not be able to hear you.
- You may not be able to hear other people during Meetings, or other people may not be able to hear you.
Fuze recommends that you contact your IT department to assist you in reinstalling or updating your audio drivers.
