You can use the Meeting Options screen, shown below, to select a meeting type, and to customize settings for your selected meeting type.
The screen opens automatically when you schedule a meeting, when you create an ad-hoc meeting, or when you manually open it from the Fuze for Outlook (meet now) dropdown menu.
Simply select the type of meeting and select or de-select the check boxes for the meeting options you want to configure, then click OK. The meeting details are included in your calendar invite.
Note: You can prevent the Meeting Options screen from appearing when you create or schedule a meeting by deselecting the Show these options when creating a meeting checkbox. You can re-enable the window by clicking Meeting Settings on the Home tab of the ribbon.

You can change the default settings for you meetings by choosing your pre-configured or individual settings, then selecting Save meeting type defaults.
Note: If the settings you have selected are your default settings, the Save meeting type defaults option will be grayed-out.
