To use Fuze Click-to-Call, you must have:
- An operating system supported by the Microsoft Edge browser.
- The latest version of the Microsoft Edge browser.
- One of the following Fuze UC Service Bundles: Core, Power, Attendant or Supervisor.
- If you do not have access, please contact your IT administrator.
Download and Install the Extension
To download and install Fuze Click-to-Call:
- Open the Microsoft store page for Edge.
- Click Get. The Microsoft Store app opens.
- Click Install. The download and install process runs.
- Click Launch. The Edge browser opens.
- Click the horizontal ellipsis button, then click Turn it On.
Fuze for Edge is enabled and the Fuze icon appears next to the URL field at the top of your browser window.
