Phone Contacts

Import your device's contacts into Fuze Mobile so that you can search and call them directly from Fuze.

Google Contacts

Your Google contacts are made available within Fuze. You’ll be able to search, call, or send SMS messages to contacts, and identify incoming calls from contacts.

Only contacts with a phone number are accessible.

Google Calendar

Any upcoming meetings on your Google Calendar that contain Fuze Meeting links will appear in the meetings drop-down list in Fuze.

Additionally, your Fuze presence automatically updates to “busy” when you’re in a meeting.

You can also use Fuze Meetings notifications, to receive pop-up notifications for upcoming meetings.

Google Drive

When another Fuze user shares a file from Google Drive in Chat, Fuze displays a preview of the file in the conversation.
Previews for Google Drive files shared from Fuze Mobile are not available at this time. 

Office 365 contacts

Access your Office 365 directory contacts are in Fuze. You’ll be able to search, call, or send SMS messages to contacts, as well as identify incoming calls from contacts.

Office 365 

Any upcoming meetings on your calendar in O365 that contain Fuze Meeting links will appear in the meetings drop-down list in Fuze.

Additionally, your Fuze presence automatically updates to “busy” when you’re currently in a meeting.

OneDrive

When you share files from OneDrive in Chat, Fuze displays a preview of the file in the conversation.

Salesforce

Enabling this setting imports your Salesforce address book contacts, and allows you to view opportunities for customer accounts in Fuze.
