1. Begin by logging into the Fuze Customer Portal here: https://portal.thinkingphones.com
2. After logging in, you'll see the Fuze Portal Home Page.
Here you can listen to voicemails, manage voicemail messages, change what happens when your phone number is dialed, and reset your voicemail PIN.
The first option on the Home page is an extensions drop-down menu. If you have multiple extensions assigned to your user account, you can use this drop-down to choose which extension you'd like to make changes to. Once you choose an extension, you'll see the full inbound number associated with that extension listed next.
