You can invite new and active guests to use Fuze as follows:

• Inviting a new guest
• Inviting an active guest

When you are using Fuze to communicate with guests, remember to comply with your organization's information sharing policies.

Inviting a New Guest

If you want to invite a guest that is not currently a contact in Fuze, add them as a new contact and invite them from the Guests section of the Settings screen.

1. In the profile menu, click Settings.
2. Click Guests in the menu on the left side of the Settings screen.
3. Click Invite a Guest to Fuze.
   
   The Invite a Guest screen is displayed.
4. (Required) Enter the First name, Last name, and Email invitation to.
   
   A green check mark is displayed to the right of each box when the required information is correctly entered.
5. (Optional) Add the guest to an existing group conversation.
   
   1. Click add this guest to any group conversation?.
      A list of the your available groups is displayed.
      
   2. Click in the check box beside an available group to add the guest to that group.
6. (Optional) In the Invitation message area, you can edit the default message to personalize the invitation.
   
7. Click Send Invitation.
   The invitation is emailed to the guest.
8. Click X in the top-right of the window to return to the Guests screen.
9. The guest that you invited is displayed on the Guest screen.
   
   On the Guests screen, click the arrows icon to resend the invitation, or click X to cancel the invitation. If you cancel an invitation, you can click the arrows icon to resend the invitation without re-entering the guests information.
   
   After the guest accepts the invitation, their Status is changed to Active. 

Inviting an Active Guest

If you want to invite an active Fuze guest to a meeting or a group, send them an invite from their profile.

1. Click the Search bar in the Fuze toolbar.
   The Search screen is displayed.
2. On the Contacts tab in the Search screen, search for the active Fuze guest and select them from the search results.
   The conversation history is displayed.
3. Click the Profile button in the top-right of the conversation history screen.
   
4. Click Invite at the bottom of the Profile pane.
   
5. The Invite a Guest screen is displayed.
6. (Required) Enter the First name, Last name, and Email invitation to.
