As a meeting host, you can record meetings in Fuze for future reference or to share them with other people. You can start and stop meeting recordings at any time during a meeting. You can configure recordings to start automatically when the meeting begins.
Meeting hosts can access recordings from the search bar. These recordings can be shared with meeting attendees. For additional information, please refer to Meeting History.

Start a Recording During a Meeting
Hosts and presenters can start or stop a recording at any time during a meeting.
To start a recording during a meeting, click the More icon at the bottom-right corner of the meeting screen, then click Record meeting.
When you start a recording, a banner is displayed across the top of the screen to confirm the recording started.
Guests do not have the ability to record meetings. For additional information about meeting options available to both hosts and attendees, please refer to Meeting Features.
Stop a Recording During a Meeting
To stop a recording during a meeting, you have 2 options:
- Click the red recording button that is displayed at the top-right of the meeting window.
- Click the More icon at the bottom-right corner of the meeting screen, then click Stop recording.
When you stop a recording, a banner is displayed across the top of the screen to confirm the recording stopped.
Accessing a Meeting Recording
Meeting recordings are available immediately after the recording ends.
- Click in the search bar at the top of the application.
- Click the Meetings tab.
- Click Recordings from the left menu.
A list of your available meeting recordings is displayed.
Configuring a Meeting to Record Automatically
To configure a meeting to record automatically, click Edit Settings when you start or schedule a meeting, and switch Record this meeting to the right.
Fuze starts recording the meeting as soon as the meeting begins.
