Whether you’re currently communicating with someone in Fuze, or you’re performing other tasks on your computer, Fuze will always let you know when you receive a call.
When you receive an incoming call, you can answer, decline, view the caller’s profile, or send them a chat message using the following buttons that appear:
|Answer the call|
|Decline the call|
|View the caller's profile|
|Open a chat conversation with the caller|

If you receive a call when Fuze Desktop is not active (running in the background of other applications), a Fuze Calls pop-up window appears.
