If a forward is manually added to your device by following these steps, it must also be manually removed from your device.
- This type of forward will NOT be shown in the Fuze Customer Portal.
- As this type of forward exists ONLY on your device, Fuze has no visibility to see if the forward was put in place.

Adding a Forward to Your Device
To add a forward to your device, follow these steps:
- Press the Menu button.
- Select Features.
- Use the arrow keys to scroll through the list and select Forward.
- Select Always.
- On the screen that reads "Contact:", press the Enter button. You will then be able to enter a phone number. Press the OK softkey to save.
- Press the down arrow key to select the Forward: Disabled option. Press the Enter button, and use the left/right arrow key(s) to toggle this option to Enabled. Press OK to save.
- Press the left arrow key. You will prompted to save your changes. Press the Yes softkey to save.
Removing a Forward From Your Device
To remove a forward from your device, follow these steps:
- Press the Menu button.
- Select Features
- Use the arrow keys to scroll through the list and select Forward.
- Select Always.
- Press the down arrow key to select the Forward: Enabled option. Press the Enter button and use the left/right arrow keys to toggle this option to Disabled. Press OK to save.
