To make your experience easy and consistent, you’ll find that using Fuze Rooms is almost exactly the same as our Meetings features in Fuze Desktop.
The key difference is that Fuze Rooms are always focused on Meetings, so when you open Fuze Rooms on your dedicated conference room computer, you'll see a main area for joining and starting meetings, as well as a list of upcoming meetings that have been scheduled in the room.
Join a Meeting
If a meeting is scheduled with the room, you can simply click or tap the meeting in the upcoming meetings list.
If you know the ID number of a meeting you want to join, simply enter it in the Enter meeting ID field, and click Join Meeting.
Start a Meeting
To start a new meeting, simply click Start Instant Meeting. The meeting begins and the room immediately joins. You can then invite participants or send the meeting link that people can use to join.

Note: If you need to start a meeting in which you initiate a call outside of your organization, we recommend hosting the meeting from Fuze Desktop instead.
