To make your Fuze experience consistent, you’ll find that Fuze Rooms shares many of the Meetings features in Fuze Desktop.
Fuze Rooms are always focused on meetings. When you open Fuze Rooms on your dedicated conference room computer, you'll see a main area for joining and starting meetings, as well as a list of upcoming meetings that have been scheduled in the room.
Join a Meeting
If a meeting is scheduled with the room, you can click or tap the meeting in the upcoming meetings list.
Each row in the meetings list includes the meeting start time, the meeting name, and how long until the meeting starts.
If you know the meeting ID of a meeting you want to join, enter the meeting ID in Enter a meeting ID to join..., and click Join Meeting.
Start a Meeting
To start a new meeting, click Start Instant Meeting. The meeting begins and the room immediately joins. You can then invite participants or send the meeting link that people can use to join.
See the article Meetings to learn more about inviting other people to your meeting.
Note: If you need to start a meeting in which you initiate a call outside of your organization, we recommend hosting the meeting from Fuze Desktop instead.
